The OK corral was a helpful way of categorising interactions, I’m not OK you’re not OK, everything is awful. You, me and everyone-depression. I’m not OK you’re OK, the sycophant, the hero worshipper- an inferiority complex. I’m OK you’re not OK, the arrogant leader, the dictator, false saviour, a superiority complex. I’m OK you’re OK, we’re all cool, we’re all healthy. We have the ability to find the solution to any challenges. This is the platform that supports co-active coaching, or as I heard someone put it, I’m OK you’re OK, actually, I’m not OK and you’re not OK but that’s OK. We can grow together during our coaching alliance. We form a working partnership that will help you ‘forward the action’ and ‘deepen the learning’. And in return, I will deepen my experience, and most certainly learn from you.
